ORIGINAL PAINTINGS:

I sell all my original works directly at this time. Check my webstore (click here) to see my available works. The webstore will show you the title, year created, dimensions, and price of each painting. If you see something you would like to purchase, you can purchase through the webstore using Paypal. Please contact me if you have any questions about any works you see, I am happy to answer any questions.

Payment Plans

I am happy to work with collectors financial situation to make acquiring a piece of original work a little easier. I am typically willing to split the total into multiple payments, just reach out to me and let me know if this is something that would work for you and we can work something out.

COMMISSIONS:

If you would like to commission an original painting, or mural, I would love to work with you! Please contact me and we can discuss what you are looking for and I can answer any questions you may have.

If you found my work through any of the galleries that represent me, please contact them directly about commissioning a painting.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed in house and shipped via USPS or UPS within 3 -7 business days of order unless otherwise stated in product description. I’ll do my best to notify you if there are any unexpected delays. Please get in touch if you need your order to be processed urgently and I’ll see what I can make happen. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to you as soon as the order is complete.

Most of my prints are printed to order, so please allow 2-3  weeks for prints to be shipped.

 

Domestic

Standard flat Rate $10 for all prints. Shipping cost for original paintings will vary based on the size and location. 

If you're in the Salt Lake City area you are more than welcome to choose the free "pick up from studio" option when checking out. Follow up with an email at ericfaircloughart@gmail.com to work out pick-up details

International

All international shipping for prints has a flat rate $25 charge. Shipping cost for original artwork will vary based on size of the painting and location.

RETURNS

I will happily accept returns on full priced items so long as they are in their original condition and if the order was placed within 30 days. Costs of return are at the expense of the customer.

 

Instructions for returning items:

• Send the items back to me in the original packaging.

• Email ericfaircloughart@gmail.com and notify me of return and purpose.

 

Once your items are received and checked, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event of an item being received in unacceptable condition I will of course replace the item at my cost. Returns of damaged items will only be accepted if the goods were damaged when delivered to you. All items returned as damaged, or unacceptable will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as damaged. Returns of damaged items must be returned promptly. Please email me so I know to keep a replacement item aside for you.
